Not feeling your best? Join the free online group course ‘Master your mood’!
The course is aimed at young people aged 16 to 25 and is designed to help you feel better, stronger and to overcome your low mood. Here is an overview of how the course works:
- Duration and sessions: The course consists of 6 chat sessions of one and a half hours, held weekly
- Homework: Between the sessions, you complete assignments at home, which will take about an hour per week.
- Closed chatroom: The course takes place in a closed chat box without video or audio, with a maximum of 8 participants.
- Guidance: The course is led by a mental health care professional.
- Practical focus: It is not therapy, but a practical course focused on the present, not your past.
- Cost: Participation is free of charge.
When? Courses are offered throughout the year on different days and times, usually in the late afternoon or early evening. You can see the available start times on the registration form and sign up as long as there is space. Some courses fill up quickly, so it’s a good idea not to wait too long to register.

Registration
You can register by filling out a few questionnaires. During the process, you will also select a start date for the course. After registering, you may receive an invitation for a chat with the course leader to discuss additional questions. If the course is suitable for you, the course leader will give you access to the chatbox and the platform for the homework assignments.
